A great studio - Chloe makes you feel welcomed & will put you at ease if you are a reformer newbie (like I was). You will be pushed but also guided on adaptions so that it works for you as an individual (should you have any injuries). I have been converted & I am so glad I started!

Really enjoyed my first experience of reformer Pilates. What a lovely studio and Chloe is a brilliant teacher, really clear and helpful instructions and very encouraging.I went in feeling quite nervous and came away feeling really positive and looking forward to my next session.

Absolute gem of a studio! Have really enjoyed every class here so far, attending reformer pilates sessions and yin yoga classes. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the instructors are professional and effective. I hadn't heard of reformer pilates before coming here but I'm converted now!
