Pleasant lunch with tasty food. Staff friendly. Not very busy so lacked some vibe but I'm sure it is different when busy. Will go again.

It was very busy upon arrival and we had to sit upstairs which was considerably colder than downstairs. Ordered food and after 15 minutes it arrived. VJs burger and vegan falafel burger were really nice, best burgers we've had in a long time. Homemade chips were lovely too. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

Cool little bar that's nice for a quiet drink or coffee. Didn't eat here so can't comment. It would have nice if the coffees had been brought to the table though, so I didn't run the risk of spilling them, lol. Plenty of comfy chairs and sofas to relax on.

Lively bar with great deals on cocktails! Popular with all ages and a quiz night on Mondays. A selection of premium" cocktails for around £8-£9 each and deals on "classic" cocktails 2 for £10 (2 of the same cocktail). We got French Martini and White Russians and they were excellent! Cocktails aside

Nice little bar tucked away, with a decent drinks selection and nicely themed.I’m not sure of her name but the girl who served us was very nice.I think they try to keep a good crowd inside as the bouncer was being quite selective with who he’d let in! Fair enough, keeps things simple.

Visiting York for a few days and popped in for a quick drink and ended up staying for the pub quiz. Won the quiz (somehow), nice place for a drink with a great atmosphere!

Lovely friendly atmosphere, I was with a large party and there was plenty of seating, good selection of drinks. Bar staff friendly and efficient.
