Very helpful staff a wide choice of phones and stuff

The wait to be seen. Each time I went past to get help was to busy. I know so many people can be in the shop. Next time to get help I will go into the 02 shop.

Absolutely horrendous store. Fed totally wrong information. I thought I left with a deal and a half for my paper bill to be nearly £10.00 over the amount I believed I had signed to. I regret my time at this store. They aren't even apologetic. I would not recommend going into store to take a phone out on contract, do it online and make sure you can see the information for yourself and sign all on YOUR terms rather than someone holding the tablet the whole time untill you sign your details. Very unhappy with the service.

Great network but maybe a better deal to be had at Carphone warehouse....we will see.

The service I got today was excellent,I was served by Michael and Sean in the Elgin EE Shop, everything was explained fully,I got a cheaper deal with my top ups, which pleased me a lot.I would give Michael and Sean 10 points each for there service.

Had an EE upgrade deal giving me 20% off my monthly rental. Told by Michael it will be applied to my account . Checked my account and no 20% discount. Now paying £10 a month more than my original contract,

Left EE after 5 years, cancelled contract well in time but told I may get a bill but it will only be pennies so ignore it". Transfered to new provider. Get a bill for about £14

Make sure you get a copy of the shop cancelling your contract with your previous supplier. I never, and guess what, ended up paying for my broadband twice for 3 months as EE did not cancel my Vodaphone contract.The sales person assured us we had nothing to do and he would take care care of everything!!

Phoned this shop today, no reply after letting it ring for a very long time. then did a 72 mile round trip. to buy and set up a phone, was totally ignored by staff members, I approached a man standing at the counter, and he said to come back in an hour, as there was a queue waiting. only one person in the store being attended to by an assistant. I guess that it would take an hour for them to stop yakking and twiddling their thumbs. they are so lazy and unhelpful. wont be back, now buying a phone online. shame on them.
