Couldn’t treat customers any worse. Smells of fish in the club also. Women on door is a disgrace, awful customer service do not go.

Don’t bother isn’t worth the hype plus queue is hella long and you don’t get in till past 1 and they reject more people

Very badly behaved bouncer asulted me at the clun for no reason. Hjs manager kept on apologizing when i mentiined getting the police involved. Spent so much money with friends at this club that seemed very borring anyway. No wonder it was sooo empty and borring. Eventually we heard that people go to much more lively clubs in birmingham. The money we spent that night would have definitly been able to pay all the security and bar staff for the night. Bouncer seemed soo much in a hurry to close his shift that he had to even assult me. The club finished just about 2.50am they could not even wait. One very rude bouncer says to me that he is tired and wants to go home and this was at 2.30am!. Like for real whi does that? This was on a saturday night that club us a big joke. You will end uo wasting your money. Also lost my cap which i called the club and they said they found it, They claimed to have kept my cap in the cloak room have returned to the club couple times and tried to get it but at that point they refuse to answer their phone. So your prooerty ia not safe if lost in china white.. eventually after china white we eneded up at another club we had 10 x more fun for the rest of our night.

I made a booking via Instagram page (DM) and I was responded to immediately. Really friendly and professional.The night was fantastic, we got taken straight to our table and service was spot on! Loved the music and the crowd was great.We got talking to Ryan, the manager and he sent over a tray of Shots, he made us feel very welcome and ensured the whole night went by really well.Sadly we don’t get to Birmingham much but I really recommend this venue. Nice people and a great venue (clean, friendly staff and the ladies in my group felt safe).Thank you BHM!
