So, I booked my car for an MOT and dropped the car off at 9:00, and the reception told me it would be ready in an hour. Cool, right? Well, not really. After twiddling my thumbs for two hours, I get a call saying I failed because of my wiper, and they want £65 to fix it. I asked if I could just do it myself, but nope, can't take the car out since it's a failed MOT.Looked up the wiper online – it's a Bosch, and guess what? It's only £20! Anyways, I caved and agreed to their price. They said it would be ready in an hour, so I swing by to grab it. Surprise, surprise! They ordered the wrong wiper, and I had to wait another hour. Finally got my car back at 3:30.Customer service? Not great. MOT cost? Pretty pricey. Also, they don't have spare parts, so if your car needs fixing, be ready for a long wait. Won't be going back – the whole experience was a letdown, and it ain't cheap either.

Booked a tyre replacement online because of a discount, but had a couple of issues. First, my tyre pressure started dropping just a week later. Another garage told me the tyres weren't sealed right and the alloys weren't cleaned properly. Also, noticed a big scratch down the side of my car the same day I got it back. Can't say for sure it happened there, but it's suspicious.This happened earlier in the year. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of using them.

had a rattling exhaust which az booked in same day and only took 1 hour to sort out. Price was cheap as well. I also needed new wiper jets which i bought and they fit for free. Excellent service

Went here with my brand new alloy wheels to have them fitted to my vehicle only to find they damaged them whilst fitting. There was no apology NOTHING when confronting the manager all I then got was verbal abuse ,they took my money and the not interested I would never recommend RANK AMATEURSOVER PRICED ,will damage your vehicle

DO NO TAKE CAR THERE. Took my car recently for MOT and service . He rung me a few hours later and said the car flew through MOT no problem but the service will cost £450. I said what?? This is the most expensive service I have ever had . I said don’t do service as it’s too expensive for me. He said aww it’s already being done . So I said STOP!! What you’re doing . So not do any more I’ll come and pick car up. I picked car up and was charged £260. DO NOT TAKE CAR THERE . RIP OFF. Found out later from another place car would have cost me £65. Only .

Fantastic customer service and really helpful. Rang up re an exhaust issue & was told to come down straight away. Issue was solved by a great staff team, all professional, helpful & thorough. I was able to wait in a comfortable & welcoming waiting area. Absolutely recommend Formula One Shipley and will definitely be using again.

Visited this garage 3 time. Fantastic service each time. Recent service was carried out from here. Always brilliant service from the manager and staff. Service with a smile.Was advised my timing belt could do with change, unable to do it at the garage but they provided me with a number i could can contact to do it for me.Highly recommend these guys!
