Perfect service. Confession is: I hadn’t had a bikini wax since the summer; due to both the sudden tightening of finances and not being able to get about London due to illness.Charmaine provides a truly professional personal service; the treatment room is clean, spacious and homely - much less ‘clinical’ than your average salon but has everything a treatment room should have; and the highest quality products and tools. Charmaine also really knows what she is doing - from the most simple to complex of treatments.. infact, she is so quick, friendly and efficient that you almost forget what you are there for before it’s all over!Now, if like me you are less keen on fitting into the busy slots at a fussy salon out of the way and charging literally out of the ass prices to remove those pesky stray hairs - then, Just Add Wax is for you too! :)I’m feeling much silkier I should add and as usual stress free thanks to the home service.Hope this review helps anyone in need of salon services in London!

Charmaine is the only person I trust for a wax - she is experienced, professional, and knows how to make a wax an enjoyable, quick, and painless experience. She's also a lovely and fun person so a procedure no one usually looks forward to becomes like going to have a chat with a friend. Highly recommend!
