Do not buy unless you are totally sure as they will not refund you even after just five days . Totally unworn Fit Flops 70 pounds .I thought ok in the shop , I got them home and my feet were swollen they hurt so I tried again next day but they pinched the front of my foot My hubby Took them back as I felt unwell and breathless he came back and said she had given him a credit note we were not entitled to a refund as they are a small business .They are keen for you to buy in the shop even pushy … but do not point out the no refund policy when you buy … yes it is on the wall as she pointed out today , but it should be made perfectly clear when you are buying . I thought this was a good place to buy I will definitely not recommend this store to anyone in the future .

1st time customer, but will definitely come back. Really good selection of quality products, not the cheapest, but worth the money.Came away with the shoes I was looking for, and a pair of trainers I couldn't resist.Staff were brilliant, really went the extra mile for me, and also friendly and very welcoming. Top notch.

I was served yesterday by a lady called Kristie who gave the worst customer service I have ever had. Never ever wish this lady a Merry Christmas or if they accept the blur light card as both these questions will be met with anger and annoyance. Let's hope she never need any of the services they provide from hospital to care home
