1 years warranty on all electronics is excellent!! I bought my Pixel online and it had a critical bug, brought it in store and was fully refunded within 15 minutes. Now have a like-new-in-box Pixel 2 for half the price! Fantastic!

I've had a few problems being a Tech foggie. However, CEX Gloucester are fantastic, especially LAUREN and DANIEL! They have helped twice now, always with a smile on their faces. CEX, you should be proud of your Gloucester branch staff. I vote L & D employees of the month...

I was standing in line waiting to speak to staff in order to ask if they had an item I was looking for, only to watch two other members of staff in the background have a casual conversation whilst leaving their tills unattended, and only one member of staff attending to a queue of customers. I was busy to wait any longer and had to leave; I returned only to witness it for a second time.I ended up buying off amazon instead! ))

Very Annoyed. Came in today to trade in some of my old blu rays and games to make a little bit of money before i go on holiday. As i always do i check how much i get before i go in the shop so i roughly know the amount. Was served by a gentleman, maybe in his mid twenties, staff ID 50195, who seemed very grumpy from the offset. He was very rigorous with his examinations of the disc and rejected 3 discs he deemed to be to scratched" but seemed perfectly fine from what i have gotten from CeX stores in the past. By the end of it he told me i was to receive a much lower amount than i initially thought i would

Been going here for years and have ordered stuff online.If you are buying tech here always ask to take a look for visual wear on screens etc.Staff are excellent in expertise here and know what they are doing.Also this place is brilliant if you have kids with an Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo because they will have most common games for these consoles. Beware there are 20 copies of Kinect adventures.I would not recommend trading in your items for cash here unless you are desperate because they will give you about 45% of the money you sold.Also they sell old collectibles here like the GameBoy Camera.I recommend ordering online instead of driving 20 minutes to Cheltenham if you cannot find a copy of a game.

I like your shop is very good but the only issue I have is a woman with dark hair long and glasses was rude to me a few weeks ago and a jacket on I don’t know what the date and time was staff I’d 53224

Staff must be told to grade wrong. Took in an iPad in great condition, few minor surface level scratches (barely visible). Said it would be a C when I know for a fact they would pass it off as a B to sell. I’ve received way worse tech like a phone with severe screen burn as a B! Time wasters.

Usual CeX store.I've been buying from CeX from their early days in London off Tottenham Court Road and never had a problem until recently.I had to return an expensive item as not being as described and the staff were great. They checked everything and immediately offered a refund.I've bought all kinds of stuff from the Gloucester store and always had good service and sometimes a knowledgeable chat with staff.The branch can get very busy at weekends even Sunday.As ever with CeX stores, buy it when you see it.
