An amazing pet shop who give honest and true advice. Bought a hermann tortoise after being let down by a another larger pet shop Manchester pets and aquatics, who advised me no need to reserve if coming in two days tume the price for their stick was £125 and they said they had plenty of stock. I bought all the kit in rediness for the new member of the family which was to be my sons first pet, came in to the store and the price had increased to £190!Called Timperley Aquatics pet and reptile and they had one in stock at £150 and what a great purchase gave me all the advice and after care I could possibly hope for, Kylo loves his new home!!They have a great variety of fish, reptiles, rabbits etc all priced reasonably a proper small business who cares!Thanks for a great service!

Been a few times and never had any issues to complain about. I am a snake breeder and am very funny about where I get my snakes from and I have no issues with buying from here very knowledgeable staff that would rather there animals go to good homes with people that can show the have some resarch for them to get the right care rather than a few quid in the till. Great enclosures and very clean. All round great shop.

As soon as you enter the shop to the right are all the beauty birds, budgies, cockatiels, Love birds, Canaries and more are in big avairys, I wanted to know exactly what I would need to buy and keep my birds safe. A wide selection of foods and cages etc were available and displayed so that you could see exact size of the product. They have a pet parrot in its own avairy which children can see through a big window keeping it safe from poking finger s and little hands. They have a good selection of spiders, bearded dragons, lizards, snakes, and fresh food for them, lots of choices of vivariums and set ups for them. Hamsters, Guinea pigs, Rabbits to buy again with everything needed to keep your pet happy and healthy. Then lots of tanks with multitudes of fish, plants and food, Then finally the outdoor pond kois and goldfish and plants again. Friendly staff and a calm atmosphere throughout the shop. Have purchased lots of pets before from this store that have lived long lives with no breeding/health issues. Would recommend whole heartedly QA

Purchased fish for the pond along with plants and 2 zebra Finches and the necessary equipment for happy fish and birds.Definitely recommend and will visit again soon.

Great selection of fresh critters @ what seems a very reasonable cost (ie £10.00 for any punnets) to buy for my grandsons bearded dragon! Super quick service and great, friendly advice. Highly recommend if looking for a local, easy to get to outing where the kiddies can enjoy browsing the fishery livestock, tortoises, turtles, birds and reptiles. Jane McConnell

Visited Timperley Aquatics to get advice on potentially owning a snake. Within minutes we were attended to and received excellent advice on the practicality, costs and requirements we needed to consider. We subsequently visited other stores for comparison purposes but returned to Timperley based on their level of advice, expertise and general friendliness / helpfulness. We ended up buying a 12 month old Royal Python together with all of the equipment needed. Aidan looked after us and gave us superb advice, answered all of our questions and left us coming away feeling very assured - he clearly knows his stuff - an excellent customer experience. Would recommend this place to anyone needing some help or advice on buying their first (or any) pet. Thank you Aidan.

This pet shop has friendly and helpful staff. They knew the answers to my questions about hamsters. I purchased my new hamster from here and he is a lovely, healthy & happy little chubby guy. We called him Cosmo after the dog in Guardians of the Galaxy.
