Very expensive for higlighlights and root colour. No finished hair styling i. e irons or styling products mousse or gel spray. £107 pounds. I would get a certain hairdresser s in the town for £50 pounds and the same results. Also staff or place interior not impressive.

Lovely salon was in getting nails done with Aimee , my very welcome and was offered tea witch was greatly appreciated

I found the place very expensive. I booked a childs cut online for my 14 year old daughter. She mainly wanted her fringe trimmed and her ends tidied up.When it came to settling the bill they told me that my daughter isn't a child as this stops at 12, and that for her cut it would be £40. £40! For a trim? We were there for 45 mins and that included the waiting around. I would say they are overpriced for what they offer. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Have been attending this salon for longer than 10 years. I love going here. I get a lovely welcome. My favourite drink is remembered and i love the way i hair feels and smells after every time i leave. Premium products used and a very knowledgable team.

There's always great music playing, with such a good atmosphere, and best of all you leave with GORGEOUS hair!!!

My second time visiting suede this year but won’t be returning. Lady at reception was lovely and very accommodating. I booked under a stylist online however another stylist had to wash my hair with cold water who complained the whole time about her personal problems and how much she wanted to go home. There seemed to be a bad vibe amongst staff, two staff members asked the lady washing my hair to do something then stormed off saying ‘am I black’.During my cut, the stylist left 4 times for a total of 20 mins to talk to someone on the phone, cut another clients fringe, say bye to their previous client and to say hello to their next. Same as my last visit, they push hard to try and sell you product that they use. My hair was cut too short, the stylist more less did their own thing and gave me a fringe. No finished styling even though I paid for the most expensive stylist. The stylist then told me to come back before Christmas and wanted me to book an appointment there and then. I never felt so undervalued, I left the salon feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I have no doubt that being left for 20 min in a cold salon with damp hair and getting my hair washed with cold water is the reason I am now dying with the flu. I never had to write a bad review before but can’t let this experience go!
