Hampton Dene Surgery
Overall service is poor. Repeat prescriptions not sent through so left without vital medication. Hospital results sent to wrong department which resulted in a 5 month wait! Follow up phone calls regarding mental health issues have never been followed through. On the plus side the reception team are always helpful and do their best to help.

Receptionist I was speaking to today was rude, and unsympathetic to my ill grandmother. She was abrupt and unhelpful, criticized my care of my grandmother (without knowing the circumstances) and made my grandmother feel very uncomfortable.We are understanding of the difficult circumstances at the moment, however, patient care still needs to be in place and receptionists are the first point of contact. I expected more.
