Staff is always smiling, make you feel welcome, remembers your coffee and extremely friendly.Coffee has great taste and ( most important thing for me ) it has the right temperature !!Food looks great, sandwiches are handmade daily.Always neat and tidy allover.Prices are affordable and similar to competitors, but the quality looks much better ( rather than pre-packed food that has been made days ago ).Highly recommended if you looking for a great customer experience and a good coffee !! :)

Lovely little spot that feels independent and tucked away even though its in the middle of the usual chains. Barista was lovely and you get actual crockery even at peak times.Do ask for croissants to be warmed up though.Oat milk latte was very good. Cheers!

Well the staff are not the best, but just because I am in this customer service industry, will skip their behaviour. However their coffee and homemade cakes are the best!

Cold coffee and the same old gag of trying to serve 2 customers at once just because the second is a regular so my coffee is just not taken care of and was given to me by being placed on the counter while the other was handed 10 seconds afterwards to the second person, no doubt it was properly made.Left on the table, undrinkable, tepid dishwater. That was not a £3+ coffee.Only land in Stratford once a month so will be sure to avoid.Absolutely shocking.

I used to love the coffee from there years ago when I lived in the area. However, yesterday I bough a flat white from there and it was the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Horrible blend with a strong bitter aftertaste that somehow makes you super thirsty. I couldn't even finish it, had to bin it halfway. £3.10 for a flat white is on the expensive side and you better make a really good one if you charge this much.
