Free upgrade to a Skoda Scala which was a joy to drive. Car condition given as 4 star because if previous client's dings and dents, but aside from its' aesthetic looks, the car drove perfectly and was clean and presentable inside. I'd use VIP/AV cars again with no problems. I had an early flight, they said I could leave it at the closest parking bay (Parking 1) to the entrance at Faro Airport and they'd pick it up from there - suits me...

We hired a great car ( Subaru Forrester ) it was clean and reliable'It also came with an umbrella which we had to use on 2 occasions, also a phone holder and cable. its the little things . We will have no hesitancy of reusing again.

Ann Bee Car Rental was awesome booked through VIP cars . Harry met us in the airport and we were driving away in 20 mins in a great new MG5 suv . We returned it out of hours which was a great help in the international short stay car park with easy to follow instructions and minimal fuss. All aspects of the process were easy and stress free. Excellent value for money. When we arrived at the airport the pick up process was simple and straightforward. We were presented with a selection of unlocked vehicles from the category we had booked and were able to browse and select the best vehicle to suit our needs - which is what is needed after such a long flight. Our supplier was Alamo. Drop off could not have been easier. We simply drove into the garage and left the vehicle with the keys inside. Highly recommend

Nathan has honestly been super great! Our flight was delayed and if we wanted to make a change it would have cost us a extra +£100 due to last minute changes however Nathan contacted the supplier directly and got the change done without any cost really going above and beyond for us!

The customer service I received from Tony Rief on the online chat support platform was great as I had to amend my car rental due to the flight operator changing the flight times. Everything was amended smoothly and I even got a better price than when I originally made the booking. The rental process was straightforward, the person at the counter explained in detail the conditions of the contract (petrol full to full, insurance, maximum km, etc.)He told me there were a few scratches on the car, and advise me to take pictures of the car, so I did. Signed the paperwork and left.At the moment of return, the person checked the car and everything was fine. No surprises.I would recommend Firefly without a doubt.
