Probably the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered.Been waiting for my Residence card delivery for almost a week. Every day I call them and hear exactly the same thing tomorrow".The customer service is just lying over and over again. Bouncing you from agent to agent. I have not had great experiences with FedEx and the people that work for the company for a long time, but today, while trying to find another place, the security guard made me feel so unsafe and unwelcome that I hope I never have to come into contact with this company ever again.I accidentally entered the FedEx site in Atherstone after taking the wrong turning, due to it being dark. Immediately I realised I was in the wrong place and stopped to the side to try and reprogram my maps. As soon I pulled over, a security guard came running over so I rolled down my window and stated 'I am so sorry, I pulled into the wrong place trying to find Aldi, is there any chance you know where it is'. (Aldi is 2 mins drive up the road.)He then responded with, 'why would I know where aldi is, have you not read the sign? Why are you here? You need to leave.'To which I responded 'again so sorry, but if you don't know where Aldi is, can I quickly put it into my maps and then leave?'.To which he said 'No I do not! You need to leave now! You are trespassing! Do I need to call the police?'To which I responded 'no I am leaving now, sorry for causing an issue. Is there somewhere to turn around'To which he stated 'Now. Leave now. Reverse down the road'He then stood behind my car, so I could not reverse but then started shouting at my car as I was performing a three point turn. I did not hear what he was shouting, as I had rolled up my window and was just simply desperate to get away from him. As a young woman driving an old car, he treated me like I was some dangerous criminal and I felt so unsafe. I hope that no one else has to deal with that employee, as it has made me feel really anxious for the rest of my evening. FedEx, please train your staff to have some basic manners and human decency!!

Normally ok but this time delevery was on Friday got on Monday.

Avoid using this company at all costs!! I've been waiting for a parcel for a week now. Was told incorrect address when there's nothing wrong with the address, now been informed today by the gatehouse security that my parcel is sat in a trailer somewhere onsite. I had to go to the depot because I cannot speak to anyone from customer service. Service is shocking throughout!! And I still want my parcel. I would give 0 stars if I could.

A total waste of time, can't speak to a human being, send you round in circles. Written to them twice about an incorrect charge, no reply or acknowledgement. AI" in their case stands for accredited incompetence. Not even worth 1 star"

Hope you don't have to speak with their customer services. Since you will be promised an update you will never receive then when you create a chat they will just prematurely close your chat.

Incredibly unreliable. I would avoid at all costs using their services for international deliveries. I had a scheduled delivery for a certain date, and it will be now 5 days late from the originally assigned delivery date, creating incredible inconveniences. This is the second time already that they fail to deliver in a timely and accurate manner, around two months ago a package was delayed little short of two weeks after being shipped to the wrong country.

The guys there were very helpful indeed even though it was hammering it down !It's very nice to see some humanity !I'd recommend this completely !

As a trucker these people arent up to much, they have their “strict” timetables, which clearly mean nothing. When is 02:00 ?Any time they feel like it.A whole week and not once were they on time (always late)No respect for truckers, (even though they depend on us).
