Been using Ainsworth for over 10 years and the service has always been perfect. Really local feel about the company and they always are helpful and follow up every query promptly.

Total lack of customer service. Delay blamed on GP surrgery and NHS, inability to listen and empathise. I was upset in pain and worried about my supplies and was threatened that if I talked down to thier staff they would cancel my order. I pointed out to Andrew after he explained the order process in DETAIL, that I didn't want to work for them just an answer on when I was likely to get my order. When another member said we need to remember we are dealing with the NHS" I said that sounds like an excuse

Considering the very poor experience I receive when using a traditional pharmacy for simple normal prescriptions, I am constantly blown away by how amazing Ainsworth are. I can call up, request my list of usual supplies, and they’re delivered on a convenient day for me by unmarked, friendly, dedicated courier. Reliable, trustworthy, and I truly depend on these lovely people to get the supplies I need to live my life. I’ve had them delivered through snow rain and hail. Genuinely, THANKYOU for providing such a fantastic service when I have to fight for my care and medical needs almost everywhere else.
