Sophie's swim school

I first started with Sophie’s Swim School as an adult wanting to learn how to do front crawl. I’m good at breaststroke but didn’t feel confident in a public pool to try front crawl. Sophie was excellent at giving me the confidence, understanding and technique to be able to very competently swim front crawl. My husband was also then interested in learning a better technique for front crawl and we felt our daughter also did. So they had a course of joint private lessons which they’ve really enjoyed doing together. Sophie has really helped them and they’ve enjoyed it so much, they’ve signed up for another course!

My 6 year old was scared of water so to see him starting to swim in such a short space of time is amazing. Sophie has made learning to swim fun, there’s always lot of laughing. The classes are small so he gets a lot out of each lesson. I’m so glad we found her!

Very very satisfied with Sophie’s swimming classes. She is a very skilled teacher, great comunication skills towards children at any age. Can see very big improvement in my daughter’s swimming only in 3 months.Would highly recomend to join her classes.

As an adult non-swimmer, I am thoroughly enjoying Sophie’s lessons. She had me swimming a pool length in 2.5 hours of lessons.Sophie is patient, confident and encouraging, and ensures a place of psychological safety. Sophie is always happy to explain the science & technique, which helps hugely with mindset. I highly recommend Sophie especially if you’re a non-swimming adult.
