1) rang twice to book a service, left a message with reception but no call back. Finally got a call back after sending a slightly sarcastic message on their enquiries page that we were still waiting.2) went in to purchase a new vehicle, waited 20 mins, nobody comes to see us even though we asked for assistance.Perhaps change was not a good thing when Marshall’s took over from Sturgess….

I purchased an 'Approved Used' Land Rover Discovery from Sturgess. After minimal bartering, I was offered a fair and competitive Part Exchange price on my car and the viewing appointment and ordering process was professionally and courtiously handled by Richard Brown. Sadly, Sturgess have lost a 'star' as there was a serious problem with the car upon driving it home. I'll refrain from describing the problem here, apart from saying it should NOT have occurred. That said, Sturgess were very apologetic and clearly disappointed. The car was promptly collected by Sturgess and returned to me the same day. The two year Approved Warranty is an added reassurance and to date, I'm very pleased with the car and would have no hesitation in recommending Sturgess and purchasing from them in the future.

This branch is incredibly disappointing, with a team that's unhelpful, inexperienced, and careless, especially within the service department. They struggle to identify faults in new cars, are inaccessible on calls, lack proper communication, and overall provide a subpar service. Dealing with them is a waste of time and money for Jaguar Land Rover. Their poor performance tarnishes JLR's reputation. I'd strongly advise against choosing this branch and suggest opting for the Milton Keynes branch, where you'll receive a much higher level of service.When attempting to place an order for a car with this company, be warned that they will hold you hostage until the order is placed. However, once the order is in, prepare for an abysmal experience with an unprofessional and unresponsive team. Expect your emails and calls to be ignored and all necessary communication to be neglected. Despite being the paying customer, you will find yourself having to chase after them for information, feedback, and follow-ups. Don't be fooled by the company rebranding, the same incompetent staff is still present. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company. I deeply regret choosing to do business with them and strongly advise against it.

Awful service, went in on 3 seperate occasions to look at a new Range Rover and even upon asking I was left waiting for 15min the left. On the last occasion went with my wife and left a number for someone to call and no one rang. Totally useless salespeople but reception staff were apologetic. Purchase from another dealer in the end, avoid this garage like the plague they cannot be bothered

Having taken my car into Marshall’s Narborough Road Leicester for a manufacturer’s recall I am staggered at the level of service and communication that this company offers its customers. I have tried to ring their service department twice today and kept holding on both occasions for over ten minutes before abandoning the call. On the third occasion reception took the call, and I asked if they could give me an update as to when my car would be ready to collect. That was 7 hours ago and I have heard nothing, reception said that they would email the service department to get me an update when their desk is 15 feet away from the service reception desk. As of now still nothing, I am appalled at the customer service, just a phone call or text to inform me what was happening would have sufficed. I thought the service was bad when it was Sturgess, but Marshall’s have surpassed that level by a mile. I was due to change two cars this year but after this experience would rather buy a push bike than deal with this company. Whoever is running this dealership needs to take a long hard look at the way in which it’s been administered, otherwise it would be better served as an Aldi supermarket.

Awful. Had a problem with my wife's 4 year old I Pace that they seemed completely uninterested in.. when they eventually answered the phone. It has now been recalled by jaguar on a separate issue and I can't even get anyone to answer my call to book it in. I've called over 10 times and left multiple messages.

Loved my brand new discovery sport when I had it. After a month the engine malfunction light came on. Booked it in got it repaired with in 2 days. On way back from marshalls light came on again, back it went. No courtesy car was available. After 2 weeks had to fight to get one. Within a few days my car was returned. 4 days later the light was back on, back to marshalls it went and still there. I've been without it fir 2 months now. Trying to get through to marshalls is a challenge as call aren't answered or returned. I just want to be able to drive my car!

The dealership changed from sturgess to Marshall but not the way of operating with customers. Called to book the service for my car at Marshall land rover leicester last week and gentlemen as usual said someone will contact me for the same and since then awaiting. Complete disappointment as always

DO NOT USE LANDROVER MARSHALLS LEICESTERI’ve got a Landrover discovery 2018 purchased from another Landrover dealership in York 2020 I’ve had it serviced at the correct intervals as specified. Unbeknown to me a it had a new engine in 2020 which would have effected my buying decision. We’ve covered 20,000 miles in 2.5 years now the engine has gone again so that’s now 3 new engines in 5 years totally mileage covered 80,000 unbelievable! Now Marshall want me to pay for another new engine is it acceptable to budget for a new engine every 2-3 years? Total cost £12,000. When it went in for its last service we asked for a full diagnosis as the car didn’t seem to run right on the day of service and diagnostic the diagnosis machine wasn’t there and is never there on Fridays so why did they book it in? when the service finished asked if it was ok to drive they said yes 10 days later it breaks subsequently needing a new engine.

My Range Rover was booked in with Karan at the Service Department and I received excellent service by Karan, he kept me updated and told me in advance of when the car will be ready, Karan is a real asset to Marshalls
