I cannot recommend Charlie enough! She is a perfectionist and takes real pride in her work. I wanted something natural that suited me and not a ‘standard’ shape and colour and she exceeded my expectations! Do not hesitate in booking in even if just for a consultation first. She is reassuring and very professional and you can relax knowing she will get you looking the very best you can.

Charlene is very professional in what she does. She takes the time with every individual client to advise them and to ask what the want, while making each client feel relaxed and more confident. The clinic itself is very modern, peaceful and immaculately clean. I had a fantastic experience at the clinic in every way. Charlene is lovely as a person and in a professional manner. I plan on being a regular very happy customer. You WONT be disappointed.

Had lip blush on Saturday with Charlie and I love it…….. Was really nervous beforehand but was put at total ease when I got there and was talked to and explained to throughout the whole procedure ….. would definitely recommend The iBrow Clinic because Charlie is a total perfectionist and professional throughout ……..

Charlie at The i Brow clinic has managed to create fabulous brows where I had historically over plucked and also had some old faded microblading that I wasn’t really happy with.Charlie is very meticulous and checked what I was looking for, and the measuring and double checking throughout the process made me feel really comfortable that the end result would be perfect.The procedure is uncomfortable at first but local anaesthetic is used once an outline has been made so I found it much easier than I imagined.I have just had my top-up treatment and 3 days later there is no swelling but I know there will be flaking and intchiness from the excellent aftercare instructions.I will post pictures once my healing has completed but already the shape is just what I wanted. I can highly recommend Charlie at The i-brow clinic in Cannock

The first time I visited the i brow clinic I was nervous, didnt know what to expect at all. Charlie soon put my mind at ease, she is super professional and very dedicated to her work, most importantly she listens. The new premises are gorgeous.I loved my microbladed Brows so much that I also had Lip Blush.Without doubt I would recommend Charlie at the i brow clinic.

Charl has done an amazing job on my eyebrows, I wasn't expecting the result be as good as they are, but i love them! Charl is a perfectionist making sure she is happy with the end result and made sure I was happy throughout the process, taking her time to draw them before beginning the mircoblading process. I would highly recommend, looking forward to going back for my top up.

This was the first time i had visited the clinic and was very nervous for the process. I didn't know what to expect regarding the microblading process but i had an idea of what i wanted it to look like. I showed Charlie alot of pics of my likes and dislikes and she put me at ease straight away. She spent ages explaining what she was doing at every stage and i felt comfortable all the way through. Would definitely recommend.

Having no eyebrows due to thyroid issues, I was fed up with drawing them on each day, but was too nervous to do anything about it! However, after my daughter visited the ibrow clinic, I decided to be brave and take the plunge! I was very nervous, but the procedure was explained every step of the way, so that I knew what was happening and why. The clinic was very clean and Charlie was a true professional, taking time to make measurements and make sure that I was happy each step of the way. I would not go anywhere else now! It is amazing to not have to draw my eyebrows on each day, or to worry if I get caught in the rain! Definitely the right decision!
