It's Ok. You can tend to get what you may need here. Fair prices.(Update.... Found an excellent coffee bar and cafe inside on first floor. Amazingly good coffee, nice cakes and hot food. Truly a pleasant surprise, nice welcoming staff and much cheaper and better than Marks and Spencer Cafe nearby. )

Not one of my favourite shops but a regular stop for my wife. I must say they try hard and some prices are competitive. Two floors accessed by a lift as well as stairs, Cafe with good coffee and cakes, hot food for a quick bite. The furnishings are decent quality and a big range of curtains, poles and tracks, duvets and also a seasonal section. Staff seemed OK but not genuinely friendly.

Great store and the cafe is absolutely wonderful. There was a chap up there who went out of his way to ensure we had great service. He even did the children a mini pizza when they ran out of sandwiches.

Love having a mooch around, managed to get what I needed at a reasonable price. Parking can be tricky, with many spaces used by gym goers, but can usually find a gap.

A Shop with lots of collections with reason price. Can choose this place if we need lots of household attractive items . Had a lovely shopping.

Great click and collect service, fast and easy to use. Staff very helpful. Huge car park and spaces are generous. Great layout and has a coffee shop inside too. Online service easy to navigate.

love this place but after getting a parking ticket for 100 pound when I was only in dunhelm...I'll be going to a different one now. 2 hours free parking only....apparently

Always love going to Dunhelm we always love going for a coffee and scone in their coffee shop it's very relaxing and we looking to buy a carpet so will be back very soon

Click & Collect order... unwrapped it when I got home to discover all three lap trays had scratches on and the fleece's label was marked and torn with a chunk missing, then sellotaped back together around a poorly folded fleece! Definitely no good to give as gifts. Called customer services and they are sending me replacements to my home address, free of charge.

Went in for vertical blind spare parts and was surprised to find them in stock, when B and Q down the road had non and carried no items. Everything is good quality and reasonably priced.
