We ordered some ramekins it was fast delivery and well packaged. The only problem was that one of the items has a chip in it. Customer service were very friendly and were very prompt at answering our emails. We were able to get the matter sorted quickly Will definetly be ordering from here again. Great service.

Zero customer service.Bought item, didn't arrive.Over a week later was told it had been returned to them by Hermes as they couldn't deliver....That's not how Hermrs work...They said they were resending.Then said they had refunded due to issue with Hermes.Bought again and still waiting for delivery meanwhile they can offer no explanation as to the issue with Hermes"Do yourself a favour : AVOID"

So I bought a vase from Amazon. It was described as purple and the image also showed a purple vase. However I received a rose gold vase. I sent a very nice message explaining what had happened and said I wanted to return it.I was told that I'd have to pay the return postage myself, and wouldn't be credited with the original delivery charge either - all because I was sent the wrong item.Dreadful customer service quite honestly. More importantly it's unlawful, and in breach of The Consumer Contract Regulations. I filed a report to Amazon who refunded me fully, and who have now sanctioned this seller. Apparently Amazon takes this kind of behaviour very seriously.

Excellent service, Ordered my garden pot on Sunday and it arrived Wednesday morning and very well wrapped. Very pleased.
