The worst care services i have come across, no respect, care, dignity empathy, no kindness, or any understanding of dementia. The carers do not even communicate with my father they just come in and pull his trousers off without explaining what they are doing. They say this is because they are foreign and do not understand, i do not know how this company is still operating with morals like this. The company left my father who is 87 in a dirty nappy on Friday evening and left him in the chair, refused to put him in bed, my mother tried to help him and he fell, i then had to come back from Essex and clean my father and put him safely in bed. when asked about this the company said they were happy to leave him in the chair all night. Do not use this company they do not CARE as admitted by one carer they only do it for the money. They are meant to spend 30 minutes and if they spend 10 minutes we class ourselves as lucky, they are only interested in getting home. They should be ashamed of themselves how would they like there family to be treated like this. Emma is quite possibly the rudest receptionist shouting at an 85 year old woman. USE AT YOUR PERIL. I only gave them one star because i had to in order to post this my real review would be minus 10 and then they are lucky

Some very good carers, sadly not all. Difficult to get information. We asked two weeks ago for an email showing visiting times, reminded them with 3 telephone calls still have not received. We like all carers to log in via our landline, some refusing, particularly in the evenings. Our 9.30 pm call takes place at 8. Makes it difficult to have social life. We have given 3 stars because carers who are good are excellent, others are slapdash and tell me they have done something that I caught them Not doing.
