Rolex was sent for a service and has been returned under warranty three times, ongoing saga over a period of 3 years and watch stops at 20 to the hour, they charged me another £300 as they said watch had been dropped, I never had it on my wrist because it hasn't worked since the service. Watch is now going to Rolex for repair and investigation and court action will follow for return of money, disgraceful service and would never use them againRolex Oyster perpetualStandard excuse on here is no service number, I have so many it not worth putting them down.

Brought my Breitling for servicing, a week after I got it back I noticed moisture inside the watch even though they had given me a waterproofing certification. I brought back the watch, was quoted 2,336 pounds to have it repaired, it's been now 5 months with them, basically I have no idea where the watch is now or what they're doing with it. Emails are being ignored, I keep getting phone call appointments but nobody actually ever calls. Will have to resort to call the police as there is obviously something very fishy going on.

Honest Review and Personal Experience with Luxury Watch RepairsLuxury Watch Repairs received my watch on 23.08.23, and I was informed that the estimate would take roughly 5-7 working days. I received this 10 days later, which was not an issue for me. I was happy with the price and paid on 08.09.23. The estimate included a timeframe of 12-14 weeks. During this period, I checked the reviews below and became worried about whether my watch would be returned to me. I called Luxury Watch Repairs for an update and was assured that my watch should be done within the estimated timeframe. My only issue with LWR would be the communication. I never received updates on the status of my watch service, but I did call them every two weeks to get an update and it was still on track. I have just received my watch after 12 weeks and 6 days, and it looks immaculate. I am so happy! I would thoroughly recommend this company to my friends and family based on my own experience with Luxury Watch Repairs - London.Many Thanks

Went to the store at Hatton Garden and was a very smooth experience. Went in at 1pm and collected my watch at 2:15pm for a battery replacement.Staff were friendly, paper work easy, service highly recommended!I was skeptical to begin with when I had read reviews about sending watches in via delivery etc, so thought I’d do it in person and was great.

No communication, had to chase up numerous times, still waiting for correct receipt and valuation, after late return of my time piece, have tried the phone ring back but no surprise still eating!! Think carefully before entrusting your watch to this company

I have to completely disagree with many of the reviews. My experience was perfect and I would recommend them to anyone. Sent my Cartier watch to them for repair and clean and my watch was returned looking like new. I received multiple emails updating me on the status and my watch was returned within 4 weeks of them receiving it. Perhaps they have had personnel issues which led to long process times for others but I really cannot thank them enough for my experience.

Possibly the worst service i've ever been provided. Like the below reviews an absolute lack of care for customers, 0 communication, 0 updates. Had my watch for 8 months, serviced without buffing or refurb to cosmetics. Was offered a partial refund and to re do the missing bits so i had to send it back to them reluctantly! - had to chase again for 5 weeks to get my refund that they promised and resend my watch back to me. I finally have my watch completed after 8 months. Refund finally received but not all of it. Very argumentative staff, all personal and no business sense. Only positive out of the service was Oliver who actually sorted my issues out after customer services" ignored 20+ emails and calls from me. Will never use again and advise everyone not too."

Where to start with luxury watch repairs..Paid over £800 for my breitling superocean to be repaired in august. Quoted 7-9 weeks for completion.They reply to the odd email but it takes about 8 from me. The management have also not responded to a disgruntled one I sent.Was told in October that the watch was done and under going final checks.I was then told this again at the start of December! Just seems to be a go to thing when they haven’t got a clue what’s happening! Never experienced such poor service. I have absolutely no faith that I will ever see my watch again and will be seeking legal advice.Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Unbelievably unprofessional! They take your watch and hold it ransom, trying to up sell and make more profit. They refer you over to their phone-line, which is never on, and ignore all correspondence, all whilst keeping your watch hostage.The only chance i have of getting my watch back is going into the store, which is going to be a waste of half a day.Avoid this company at all cost. Having looked at the other reviews, you'll be lucky if you get your watch back in a few months!
