Booked a planning appointment and was handed three brochures to ‘look’ through - which given the conversation I had prior to booking with them was disappointing. The ‘planner’ wasn't interested in discussing anything with me and completely fobbed me off. Such a shame as I have four bathrooms to refurb but clearly as I'm not ‘trade’ and female, he didn't want to help. What a waste of everyone’s time.
