My elderly relative was looking to buy a new fireplace and electric fire for her flat so i did a quick Google search and found Cosy Fires and Fireplaces. Really glad that we went to have a look. They have an amazing range of fires and fireplaces. Awais was really helpful and listened carefully to what my relative needed and presented us with appropriate options while we were in the shop. No pushy sales techniques which was much appreciated. My relative decided on a Ultiflame VR Endura fire and the 42 Elba Fire Surround and Eddy took us through the sale
