Used Chris for the first time yesterday - such a nice guy to deal with. He gave our 2019 Elddis Affinity 574 a thorough service and went through everything with us afterwards including some recommendations on future maintenance and warranty work. So much more than we've ever had from a dealer! We've booked in again for 12 months time. Very satisfied - would highly recommend.

We called as we had no heating and hot water in our motorhome. We were too far away for a mobile call out however we were talked through the problem and we were able to rectify the problem temporarily ourselves . I cannot thank the gentleman enough as he really didn’t need to spend as much time on the phone as he did to help us and clearly knew his stuff. It’s reassuring to know there are some good people left in this crazy world! Thank you once again!

Rang Chris while staying at Flamborough. We had ran over a car wheel hub on route that sheared off one end of our power mover actuator bar. Chris couldn't get to us but gave me detailed instructions on how to remove the broken part, even telling me what size spanner to use. He saved our bacon! Thanks Chris. Would definitely recommend him.

What a joy to use. Had a few issues with the caravan, when Chris came to do the annual sefvice. All sorted with a smile and for a very reasonable price. Annual service also carried out. Would certainly recommend him to anyone with a caravan

We called Chris to ask about coming to repair our caravan, which after 4 months in storage our toilet pump had stopped workingHe gave my husband directions on how to fix the issueThank you so much Chris , obviously at this time we had only our own facilities to use and not looking forward to bank holiday weekend with no toilet flush

Used Chris at Caratech for the first time as I wanted somebody mobile as the caravan is sited on a seasonal pitch.What a fantastic and pleasurable experience it was from start to finish. Easy to book with great communication. His knowledge and experience is top level and even fixed a few niggles with the caravan.I would highly recommend Chris and look forward to using his services in the future.
