Had our new kitchen fitted a few weeks ago, absolutely love it. Great service from all staff, very professional and would highly reccomend. Martin helped with all the planning to what we wanted and worked round what we could afford., giving us a few options and its even better than we imagined.

So very disappointed with this company. Designs and plans accepted only to find our time had been wasted. Waited over 4 weeks for someone to contact us from the fitting team. No one bothered even though we chased. We cancelled our proposals and still no one from this company bothered to ask why. Poor customer service forced us to look elsewhere.

I cannot fault the products. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Georgia ordered my bath wrong it came 2 inch too big. My fitter had to chisel groves in the wall. She ordered a light for my bathroom which according to instructions should not be fitted near steam. I'm still waiting for calls to be returned. I'm having another bathroom and kitchen fitted . I have ordered from another supplier.

Excellent service throughout from our first home visit to the finished bathroom.Andrew and Lee at Platinum came to our home they listened to our ideas and gave us suggestions to make the most of our space. The plans were drawn up quickly and when we attended the showroom Andrew and Lee again assisted with their knowledge of products and what worked well together but they stayed true to our wishes. They were both extremely professional and clearly know their trade.Carl and Paul the fitters worked so hard, they are true craftsmen and obviously take great pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble for them it was a pleasure to have them in our homeThe finished bathroom looks amazing even better than we imagined and we would have no hesitation in recommending Platinum

I can only comment on our personal experience with Platinum Interiors and we found them 1st class. The advice and customer service we received from Lee on our new bathroom was excellent. We are unlikely to use them again as hopefully this is our last move but I wouldn't hesitate in recommending someone to go and have a look at their showroom and speak to Lee.

Bought a full bathroom of this outlet service at first was excellent but once issues occurred no one could help. Bought an Aqualisa shower with WIFI connection. Avoid as still it does not work after the shop has been to it and even the manufacturer cannot sort it.Called in over a month ago re flooring for another room spoke to Martin. Still waiting for contact. Given up and gone to another outlet for much cheaper.I was going to buy a kitchen but I am talking to others about that job.If you use just avoid Aqualisa and keep on top of them otherwise they forget

OUTSTANDING from start to finishWe was in desperate need for a new bathroom remodelwe had quite a few quotes but the people who gave us them just did not seem interested in doing the job not only that I just did not feel right with any of them at all(money spends anywere)Some research on the Internet and came across Platinum bathrooms mexbroughI gave them a call and was booked an appointment with broganHis customer service skills is outstanding and he had so much patience and helped me choose all the bathroom coloursmatching them all up telling me wat colours go best together brogan spent well over an hour with me and then said he would put me a quote together and send this via emailNext visit was from Andrew to my home to measure up and see if the bath toilet etc could be moved NOT a problem at all AGAIN OUTSTANDING SERVICEAnother excellent thing was that every email I sent to Andrew or brogan asking about things was always returned every time with out fail and this went on for months OUTSTANDING SERVICEIt took me about 3 months maybe longer to decide on everything so to make sure I visited the shop again and Andrew had everything layed out for me (tiles etc )soi could double check I was happy with my choicesAnother quote was then put together as i had added extra things on and we was more than happy with thisIt was abit more than we wanted to pay from the start but for the extra we payed was well worth it the best choice we had made no regrets at allThey do recommend there bathroom fitter called Mark which we went with and was not disappointedMarks work his absolutely outstanding his work is to perfection always left my home clean and tidy and his there everyday on the time he says an absolute credit to platinumI would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of a new bathroom remodelMy bathroom now finished with all my accessories looks absolutely beautifulthankuAll my family and friends could not believe how it had been transformed absolutely love it !
