My partner fell opening the door to this company.The delivery driver left the disabled patient lying on the floor alone at home, close the door and carried on with his deliveries.Company reply was ‘they have a procedure for that scenario’Still no answer as to why the procedures weren’t followed.I don’t want this company back through my door.Disgusted!

James fitted ramps for my mother in law. He was careful and able to adapt the ramps to fit the hallway and doors. Really good service.

Pointless company clearly don't care, awaiting equipment x2 and still no delivery I call the office and all I got was there was a parking a warden so didn't care about the need of the patient that's in need for the equipment vile company

I have contacted them several times regarding an undelivered item and have had absolutely no help from them. They say delivered I say not received. Rubbish customer service.
