Service was excellent, thank you. Had to make a very important hospital appointment and we were delivered slightly early which worked out well. The return trip, we called in and the car was there in a jiffy.

Called to book a taxi that will take a dog several hours before I needed it, appreciating not all drivers take pets, explained I am a single female arriving at a train station at 11pm. Was told to call them half an hour before my arrival and was assured a driver that takes pets should be available in city centre. Turns out there wasn’t one available. Was left stranded at night. Teach your dispatchers to be honest with customers. Had I known you actually have no idea if a taxi will be available I would’ve continued looking for a guaranteed transport, not relying on your company for a safe transport home.

Great, decent value taxi firm. Always (well almost always) reliable except where postcodes aren’t quite accurate, so the sat nav gets the wrong location. But friendly drivers and in my experience cheaper than either black cabs or Uber.

My first choice for taxis every time. Easy to use, friendly drivers, fair and consistent pricing, and most importantly totally reliable at keeping appointments. Also very quick to turn up when requested on the spot.Good dependable companies are getting harder to find these days, but DG Cars fit the bill as far as I'm concerned.

Took my money in advance, then lied and said the Driver had called me, which had not happened as I only ever received automated messages, and then when I called them back concerned they cancelled and left me stranded, and I have now missed an important appointment. I have been treated terribly and it still cost me £68.50 for a 15 mile journey that didn't happen. I am now stuck outside Newstead train station and can't get a lift. No integrity and a total disgrace. Do not use this service especially if its for something important because reading the other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence.

Arrived in minutes. Helped loading wheelchair. Repositioned car nearer the curb to help my disabled wife to access seat. No pressure to hurry up. A very kind and considerate taxi driver.Graham B.
