Very good service and quality. Mat always kept us updated on the schedule of the build, and accommodated the changes we made during the project. Overall were are really pleased, and the cost of our extension was very reasonable.

We wanted a wall knocked down between our kitchen and dining room. From the initial look at the work to the quote coming through I felt reassured that Culmex Construction looked at what we wanted and advised accordingly.We received and accepted our quote so works began, all the tradesmen were so respectful of our home which was amazing as we left them to it and went to work.The end result was better than expected and I can’t fault anything. We were kept in the picture every step of the way and something I thought was unachievable was not and the room is now amazing.

The Culmex team have just completed an excellent job for me, separating foul and surface drainage at my property, constructing two new soakaways and installing new foul drainage and septic tank. The team were at pains to minimise the damage to the garden and surrounding area and went above and beyond to accomodate a variation to the agreed contract when a surprise problem raised its head. Thoroughly recommend this team. They haven't disappointed us at all.

I couldn't have been happier with the work that Mat and his team did. From the first time I spoke to Mat right through to the end of the project, they were responsive, professional, on budget and did a high quality job. Despite problems with the kitchen provider (nothing to do with Culmex), Mat ensured his team were working on the jobs that could be done and ensured the job was completed as soon as the new parts of the kitchen were delivered. They always turned up when they said they would and did full days to get the job done. Mat used experts for plumbing, electrics, plastering etc. meaning that all aspects of the project have been done to a high standard. They took pride in the work they did and I am really pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend Mat to anyone.

Mat provided good advice and a prompt detailed estimate of the work required to rectify an issue we had with flooring. Arrived promptly at the agreed time and got on with the job, which was completed to a high standard and in a professional manner ensuring. Fixtures and fittings around the area were well protected. Helped with moving furniture including the relaying of carpet. Happy to recommend.

Mat and his friendly team did a great job with a partial demolition and rebuild of a substantial outbuilding in front of our house. The project ran to time and budget, and minor amendments were incorporated without fuss.
