Visited about 4 weeks ago for a mocrodermabraison facial. This was done by Kelly and she did a great job.I booked again and went back yesterday. The microderm was done by someone else and within a few hours of leaving I have bruising all over my neck.I've been having microdermabraison facials for around 7 years and never had anything like this. Someone trained in performing this should NOT be leaving marks like these on people.

I had my nails done for my birthday on Thursday, they are supposed to last up to 2 weeks and they have already started coming off. Extremely bad quality.

One of the therapists was off sick but I was thankfully fitted in with another therapist Linda, an absolute perfectionist, lovely professional lady, I would highly recommend to all.

Used beauty world a lot thru the years , purchased a gift card before Christmas and was told earlier today it had expired, I definately was not told it had an expiry date. Recommend this lace to a lot of folk, won’t b doing that again n I wil never b bac!

Really love my acrylics. Morven was lovely and professional. All of the treatments are really reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
