Excellent service as usual by Mathew and Mark. Discovery 4 went in for a gearbox and torque converter swipe. Also 4 wheel alignment. All completed on time and as per quote. Vehicle now drives spot on.

Today I was very fortunate that my car was not stolen. I dropped it off this morning with the keys in an RFID wallet as it has keyless opening and go. When I arrived to pick it up this evening, I found the car was left unlocked, outside, without the key in the RFID wallet and it just hanging in their key box which is not a Faraday cage. It was unlocked and outside without moving according to the app between 12:37 and my arrival at 16:25. As the key was within range of the car anyone could have walked up to it, opened the door, press the start button and away they go. The garage did not think this was a serious problem. Therefore, in addition to being unprofessional and amateurish, they also have zero customer care, not even a “sorry”. I recommend that you do not use this garage for any work if your car has keyless go and keyless start as they do not have a policy of care in place to protect vehicles. They get one star as I am unable to post this review with zero stars.

Previous mot's from other garages seem to list unnecessary Advisories like faded indicator bulbs! Why they decided to paint bulbs instead using an amber lense I will never understand

Matthew and Mark are terrific guys. They are both so helpful. Mark repaired my classic mini wiring for me. I also had the MOT done. Would highly recommend them for any mechanical repairs, MOT, tires etc.
