Excellent day spent at The Knowledge Spa and Library, staff very helpful.

This is a review of the accomodation. I have only stayed in the short term (i.e. less than 3 months) accomodation although the nightly rate in the long term accomodation is the same and the rooms look much nicer.Pros- Friendly staff- Easy to check in late in the evening- Cleaned to a high standard- Close to main bus route into town/trainstation- Large communal lounges with TV. Often very quiet. Communal dining space in each block of four rooms with an iron.Cons- £20 per night- Uncomfortable beds- £5 (all in £1 coins) to do a wash and tumble dry- Very low water pressure in upstairs showers- Check out time 10am- Wifi has to be rebooted every 30 mins, although despite the odd hiccup is of a decent enough speed.

University learning area within the grounds of Treliske hospital. Various lectures rooms plus theatres used for teaching. Available to hire if required for health purposes. Disabled access and lifts to all floors. Restaurant available all day limited menu, some cooked food, mainly sandwiches wraps etc

Great place for medical/nursing staff to visit for study, teaching sessions, use of computers and printer in the library

Ideal place for meetings, studying or just facing a coffee. Really friendly help desk staff.

I do all of my university and work training here. God facilities and easy access from the park and ride, however, quite pricey parking if you use the hospital car park. There is a small cafe open 8.30-3 and a short walk to the main hospital restaurant.

It's a university, so it's basic & the cafe closes at 3 so don't expect hot drinks at the end of the day. Have now got a water fountain on the ground floor for reusables only.

Real sense of immersion in learning and relaxing simultaneously.Totally terrible watery coffee at cafe though.Machine next to Learning and Development office slightly better.
