Been using this salon for years. Absolutely amazing service. They always listen to what you want and create your vision. Wonderful team who are kind and caring. I have even sent my boyfriend to them and they take great care of him too. Have recommended them to countless friends and family who all agree they’re fab ❤️

Highly recommend, my daughter has very long thick wavy hair which she has had a few bad experiences with cuts elsewhere so she is always nervous about haircuts. Amy at Meraki was brilliant with her, talked her through everything gave great tips and advise throughout and made my daughter feel so comfortable and listened to, made my daughter walk away feeling happy and confident, we will continue to go back to Amy :) x

Had a great wash and blow dry by Emily at Meraki Hair Studio, Petts Wood. First time I have been there and will use again at some point.Customer service was excellent!Can thoroughly recommend!

Had colour done and it didn’t take, owners explanation was “These things happen and it could be down to change in diet, but the same lady can re do it for you”! So maybe she was suggesting that my roots are now orange instead of brown that I had eaten too many carrots?! I wanted a better reason I was told that I was being hostile she was the professional and that I wasn’t welcome back! Couldn’t get a word in edge ways the owner loved the sound of her own voice and on top of this shabby service she announced she was keeping my £40 for the damage done to my hair and patronisingly wished me a happy holiday. I would avoid this salon like the plague everyone, as if something goes wrong they will not only suggest it’s your fault, not there’s and then blame the product. Then charge you for it! There loss certainly not mine as just lost 3 good paying customers! The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced the 1 star rating I have have given this salon is too much!

Decided to try this salon as my mobile hairdresser is on maternity leave. Was not disappointed Jamie who done my hair listened to what I wanted done and also gave me her options too. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use this salon and Jamie again!! Thank you

I have been coming to Meraki for over a year now and won’t go anywhere else for my hair! Courtney is amazing with colour and styling, she listens to what I’m looking for and always delivers an amazing result. Lovely atmosphere in the salon too and prices are very reasonable for the standard of service. Would 100% recommend!
