Went into the shop on Sunday afternoon time and everything was good. Quick and quality B&W print for an affordable price.Even if the minion card payment is £1.00 they gave me back change in cash.

Avoid at all costs. This shop appeared in the drop-off options for Hermes and after putting the weight of my parcel, paying and printing off the label I went to the shop to drop it off. The shop manager literally forbid me to drop off the parcel as it is too heavy

Don't bother wasting your time going there. First of all the shop was meant to be opened from 9.30 am which I have visited before to send my hermes parcel. Today apparently for no reason they are opening at 11am. I told the guy that online states differently and that I visited before at this time to which he asked what do I need and i requested to send a parcel with hermes which he replied stating the machine is not working. This was clearly not true, the machine was on right next to him. Previously I was also told that the item I am sending is too big so they can't accept it which was them being difficult again... Very unpleasant experience and I will not be back there! Don't waste your time going there trying to send something as they have every excuse under the sun not to help you! Also no one there ever wears mask!!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Got 7 black and white photocopies in the wrong size but the guy literally wouldn't listen when I asked if he could reduce the size to 90% I had to guide him through it. Honestly having to guide someone through 7 photocopies only then to be charged £2 for it is daylight robbery at its finest. Go to the Leith library instead.

I tried to post an envelope through Hermes, the staff told me I needed a padded envelope and tried to force me to buy an envelope from them. They said they would not send my envelope if I handed it in. I went next door to Home Essentials and got a paddedenvelope there and returned to Welcome to get my parcel sent. Every time I have been there, I have had excuses and rude sales forced on me. Avoid this place. Save yourself the hastle.

Despite negative reviews by others, I had a very positive experience. Needed 4 pages of COVID related forms printed before a flight. The guy quoted a fair price, showed me to the internet access; they had 2 airprint printers, job was complete in 2 minutes. I paid him and he called me back to put my printouts in a protective folder. Full marks.

I have used this shop many times for returns. And its correct the staff do not have the best customer service but nothing out the ordinary.The negative reviews you see are more about nightmares these people have of coloured men".Had the shop been white staff with the exact same service or even worse more than half the negative reviews would not exist.The shop is fine for amazon returns."

Well, they are not welcoming at all. There were 3 men in store No one bothered when I entered. No masks on any of these ppl who works there. The man who helped eventually was so rude since the beginning. He wanted to charge me for the internet because i needed to print out 1 page from my phone. Then being pushy to sell smth else. When I asked him again -What? How much? He quickly changed the price and said a bit less. Ridiculous. This is not customer service. I left the place even left the printed page, didn't care. I no need anything from a place like that. Do not recommend this to anyone.

It serves its purpose and the man who worked there was helpful. However, that being said, it had 2 young schoolgirls, who appeared to be working there, but they were very noisy and it made it hard to concentrate. I had originally gone there to apply for jobs online but given the noise, I decided to just print off what I needed. I can see why some reviewers complained about the place and, I'm fairly certain that the negative reviews had nothing to do with race, as was suggested by a previous reviewer, and more to do with the lack of professionalism.
