After they fitted my carpet I hoovered and the corner of the carpet came up off the floor! There were also frayed bits of carpets sticking out from under the rail at the doorway.When I told Stephen Hayter he was appalling rude with not even an apology. He told me on the phone that he couldn’t be bothered with me when I wasn’t available at the time he wanted to send his fitter round.Awful company.Interesting that they have a 5 star review on Facebook from someone who’s a member of their own family!Makes you wonder.
