Went in to see and compare chainsaws the other day, was greeted by very friendly staff who were happy to talk to me and discuss my needs. Ended up getting a very nice saw among other essentials for a decent price. Decent customer service is something that I really appreciate, so was glad to give them my business and will return in the future. Thank you

Dropped in with chainsaw last week, they gave me a ball park figure for repair, and picked it up to be invoiced less than originally stated, very honest.Also, had problem with lawnmower that is a make they don’t usually repair, they took a look, and it was a simple fix (to a professional, not me!) and they kindly did not charge for their time.All round, friendly, professional, and makes you want to be a repeat customer.

Brilliant staff, we had problems with some machines this morning and needed spark plugs. Gustharts had them in stock and meant we got back out working quickly and the price was great for them too. Also helped us decide on some new Stihl machinery. Thanks again lads saved me a major headache today
