From the day I ordered my Free samples, to the day I collected my CLADCO products - I couldn't have been more impressed with their service. Customer service is excellent! Couldn't fault them at all, comparing the other companies online i was put off by the delivery charge (online) as i was local but after contacting them they sorted out a good rate for me. The cladding itself is a very good quality grade and well worth the money, delivery guy was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely do more business with you.

Excellent customer service. goods were delivered on time the del driver was very polite and couldn't do enough for me.One of the boards came damaged and the driver reported it straight back to cladco who emailed me within 24 hours and sorted the problem out.The product looks fantastic and I have had numerous compliments on how nice it all looks

I decided to go with a composite fence as tbh it really is not that much more expensive that purchasing good quality wooden panels. Very pleased with the end result and with Cladco.

I have found Cladco to be a very helpful company to work with having dealt with both Ben & Josh who kindly guided me through the requirements needed for our roofing project. Once ordered, delivery communication, promptness and service was also excellent and we are very pleased with the quality of the materials received too. I would definitely recommend Cladco to others.

We bought some fencing supplies from Cladco decking and found it very robust and easy to install. Great guide online fitting instructions aswell. Just planning to get the decking replaced and a summer house erected. Watch this space.

Terrible customer service. Cladco do not deliver when they say they will! I needed an order delivered in 7 working days (on their website it states delivery in under 5 working days) - I even called to confirm they would deliver in time, to which they confirmed the item definitely would be. Rubbish customer service - Overpromise and don’t deliver on time.

Cladco are a great company to deal with. Easy online ordering with competitive prices and regular updates with prompt delivery. The driver was amazing and went above and beyond with his assistance the deck is great quality too. Being a landscaper I have used other companies before but discovered Cladco at the beginning of last year and have used them ever since. Highly recommended.
