Booked my car into Hendys Eastleigh for service and MOT, they did the service before the MOT!! and only told me that my car failed the MOT due to front brake pads worn down even though they knew they needed done before the MOTI felt I had no choice but to spent an extra £150 to get new pads put on and have them retest it and it passed then but on pricing around after found that I was being over charged.Communication was not I felt totally truthful in what they were telling me and I definitely feel that they add quite a bit extra on to try and increase the bill. I have given one star for thelady in the office who did try to help me in a polite manner and the second star for being able to pay my £500 bill for all of this stress over four interest free payments

A brilliant service from start to finish. I was swaying towards a VW Transporter however the competitive deal and professional, genuine sales team changed my mind very quickly. Hendy ford Eastleigh provided me with one of the best purchasing experiences. They were able to clearly answer all my questions regarding the car. They were able to do me a very competitive deal in comparison to other dealers. They had a turnaround for my car in under 2 weeks even though the car was not in their store and we had the second lockdown looming over our heads. Finally, I have already received a great level of aftercare even though we are now in lockdown. Would recommend to friends and family 10/10.
