I came here to look for a car during the ‘Tartan event’ week in which they had offers on. I was surprised to find a car that I thought was out of my price range! I found a delight in the Seat Leon FR Sport with special features, such as leather seats :)Another delight was the Salesman Simone!He is very professional, friendly and helpful but even better is that he ‘goes the extra mile’ by listening to concerns and needs.He did his very best to help to make it achievable for me to purchase the car that I had doubts was unachievable.I spoke to the Sales Manager Fazz Ahmed who seemed very approachable and knowledgeable of customers needs.Other members of the team I found polite and helpful too.The whole process was made easier with the continued communication with Simone and a pleasant experience at the handover, including a free gift :)Maybe it helped that I gifted chocolates too :)Many thanks! .

Just picked up my new seat Ibiza from DM KEITH. The amount of effort Igor went through to help me get my car before the end of the month was really appreciated, he promised me it before the end of the month and he did it , so I was very happy with that . He was very helpful with keeping me updated and on-board with the process of the car . He and the other members of the sales team where very polite and helpful , and to top it off I accidentally left my licence at the dealer , and after having a drive in my Ibiza , I returned home to my licence posted through my door. Would recommend DM Keith 100%

The sales and Motability team are excellent. The service team let them down. Appointments not kept, repeated let downs and a promise to deliver my car that was only fulfilled by a member of the sales team and it wasn't his job. Don't lose Andrew from your team or all is lost!

Unhelpful staff. Everyone was friendly enough but no communication was given or attempt was made when something went wrong. Was waiting 3+ hours on a service that had been scheduled for 1.5 hours without any explanation as to why it took twice as long. Seeing as I was stuck there this felt very rude especially when others were seen in the time I was waiting.

Excellent service again !I bought a Cupra Formentor in March, and have just bought a Seat Ibiza FR for my wife, and got the same amazing level of service again. There are other cars in the same category as the above mentioned cars, but the service is what I look for, and buying twice is testament to excellent experiences.We initially dealt with Fazz, who was polite attentive and helpful, then the hand over was dealt with by Abbie, who was a real live wire, and couldn’t do enough to help my wife with all the paperwork and showing her all the features of the car. Both Fazz and Abbie are passionate about their jobs, and that shines through, a credit to DM Keith, look after them.I hope the service department looks after us as well as the sales team have.Thank you again.

I’ve had a really positive experience with D. M. Keith in York. There was a slight issue initially where the wrong part was ordered, but they bent over backward to sort it out. Leaving as a happy customer. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Hayley is brilliant!

I recently bought a Suzuki Swift from them, and dealt with Mia the whole way through the process. She was extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help and make me feel confident with my purchase. There was a slight issue with the external finance company, which was out if the dealership's hands, but Mia and the team made sure the issue was resolved as soon as possible. I'll happily consider them again in the future.
