Had a great experience with Entwistle Green's Bolton branch. Our letting agent Katie did a fantastic job with answering any of our questions whilst staying professional and 100% transparent. She's been massively helpful with both the viewing and signing the letting agreement which made the situation a lot less stressful. Looking forward to moving into our new property and keeping in touch.One small complaint would be occasionally it takes a while to reach someone on the phone lines but this hasn't been a huge deal.

I have found them to be excellent. Their professioanlism, politeness, etc - but also prompt. Which was a great help and so welcome. Primarily, dealt with Katie from their office. Who has been nothing but a source of information, assistance & support throughout.
