Went in Birties last Friday I have never known it take so long to cut 2 children's hair the lady who was cutting hair was more interested in what her child was doing than getting on with what she was doing the gentleman cutting hair well I thought the next thing he was going to do was get a spirit level and put it on this child's head if you have half a day to waste then go there if not stay well clear I nearly fell asleep waiting I walked out in the end and won't be going back.

5* service, every single time! Incredible facility, wonderful staff and most importantly, phenomenal hair cuts. If you live in or around the area, and want a fresh cut, I would 100% recommend Bertie's.

I feel that I must agree with Bruce’s review. The time it took to cut the customers hair was beyond belief. Sometimes I think the gentleman barber was snipping fresh air. I was sat there for half an hour and then someone strolled straight in without waiting. Apparently, there's a booking system in place which was never mentioned to me when I walked in. All in all the place seems a bit clicky if you’re not known to the staff. The haircut was pretty average as well.

I have used this salon since its opening and have always left happy with the results. Each stylist has an attention to detail and doesn't rush the cut to simply get the next body in the chair.
