On holiday in Hythe and one of the bikes at the cottage had flat tyres. The pump didn't fit the high pressure valve so spoke to Adam who was friendly and said pop over which I did. He pumped the tyres up then showed me the valve head on the pump unscrewed and you could reverse it to a high pressure valve!! Genius!! A great helpful and obliging service for spares, repairs and bikes. Thanks you saved the day and we had a great sunny cycling day.

Cyclefixit’ are just brilliant! Lovely, friendly bike shop offering repairs, servicing and a good range of adult and child bikes and accessories. I decided to buy a Volt Kensington Electric Bike and was extremely impressed with the excellent knowledge and customer service from these guys. Ross was super helpful and took the time to ensure that my bike was adjusted correctly, so that it was a ‘perfect fit’ for me, and felt really comfortable to ride. I can highly recommend Cyclefixit and it is nice to be able to support a traditional bike shop in Hythe High Street. Thank you guys.

Had a tricky job that I didn’t have the tools for. Dropped the bike off and the repair was all completed and ready once I’d done some shopping. Good advise on future maintenance upon collection. Expert and friends advise that you don’t get at larger shops and a brilliant range of accessories on offer.

I highly recommend Cyclefixit. I wheeled my broken bike into their shop last week and am extremely impressed with their level of customer service and workmanship. My bike was fixed while I waited, enabling me to ride it again straight away. I now wouldn't go anywhere else to have it serviced. My bike rides better than ever. A massive Thank You to Cyclefixit!
