Dreadful from start to finish. A challenge getting car in without damaging it due to narrow ramps. The machine wouldn't give the ticket back at the end so had to call customer services to get out. Loads of people seemed to be having the same issue.

Not suitable for pushchairs or wheel chairs, NO Lift/elevator. Very tight turns ok for small cars. Incoming and out going traffic cross over on every floor causing jam at peek times

We always use this car park when we stay over in Nottingham or just a day trip. Safe, secure & cheap, both for 24 hour parking or just the day and just a short walk into the City, football or the train station!

I’ve parked here many times and it never gets easier driving up the ramps and the spaces are tight. If you have a big car, stay away. It’s ok if you happen to need to be that side of town.

Most available parking. Perfect for a small car. No problem with the ramps. the NCP staff are there is professional and very nice to explain how to use the machines ticket or how to use the QR App code. The price is fixed but it is not expensive. Like a 9 pound for 24H.I will park there in future for visiting town centre.

Not idle if you have mobility problems like me as its at the bottom of a steep hill. Also very dark and dingy . Parking slots not very big. Not ideal for larger motors

Card only payments. Would be nice if signage was better as only realised on taking entry ticket and then now way to back up. Car park itself was OK.Also beware of roadsigns pointing to car parks which may lead you into bus lanes and an extra penalty charge.

A trip back to the 70s, hideous concrete monstrosity! More relevant, unless you have a small car, turning up the ramps and getting into a space is a nightmare. Stairways were smelly and at night wouldn't have fancied it at all. Not cheap either, so not a great experience for me.

This has narrow ramps up and down, and narrow parking spots. One ticket machine upon entry wouldn’t dispense - the other was covered with a bag but did work (very weird). There were spots late Saturday morning, but when leaving mid-afternoon looked quite full. Cost was for 24 hour period and moderate priced compared to other car parks in Nottingham.
