Saffron Launderers and Dry Cleaners

I had some sofa cushions cleaned but they came back torn and an over a week late. I won't be using them again.

Saffron Laundry have been doing out sheets and duvet covers for about 7 years now. They have been wonderfully loyal and informative. The prices do tend to keep increasing. The pick up service and drop off always goes fluently and we keep them very busy! - Thank you Saffron.

Left my expensive Zara leather jacket for dry cleaning a month ago, and still no clue where it is. Was guaranteed that would be in Cambridge store on the 9th, but staff member was not able to provide me a decent customer service. Occasionally on a previous call they said that the jacket had lost color and asked me if I wanted it tainted. I said no, as I found this strange, as the jacket had been dry cleaning for 10 years and never lost any. Was curious in seeing how it looked, ready for a formal complaint, but still no clue where it is. Will wait for my jacket to come back and for a compensation for the time it took and if it does not look like I left it. Never going to use them again!

They are good. My stuff was in there forever (my fault not theirs) and they found it straight away.

Friendly firm, used them quite a lot over the years. Reasonable prices for laundry and dry cleaning services. Customer service excellent. Stores around the area but do also collect and deliver.

Rude woman, complained my jacket had cat hair on it, when I collected it some other woman brought in a coat covered in animal hair, she didn't say a word. Obviously they like a small clique of customers not 'outsiders'. I haven't been back, there is a friendly dry cleaners off King Street, Suit Ability, been going there for some years now.
