The admin staff are truly magnificent. When I was booking the appointment for roof inspection, I found that both Gemma and Chelsea were efficient, friendly and kind.Kevin came and very swiftly analysed the problems and outlined the solutions. We booked in an appointment but because of the severe cold weather we had to change it as the render would not dry. This was pointed out by the company and was clearly a very sensible decision.When Steve and then Phil arrived a few days later, they completed the repairs, swiftly, professionally and courteously. They left the place clean and tidy.The photos of the work showed an excellent job.Many thanks

We had a full roof replacement, professional service from the start. We had more than ten communications with the Lee Jeffery company before we agreed to employ them. Other quotations did not mention guttering, insulation, ventilation nor type of roof cover nor guarantee. The scaffolding was sturdy, with tagging and erected in such a way that there was no intrusion to our personal lives nor looking into us. The scaffold was erected high above us. All roofing workers were courteous and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed earlier than expected which was a bonus. The flashing around the chimney was replaced. We have new guttering. My husband and I cannot thank Lee Jeffery and his team as well as his admin staff enough. Certified work by a master of his trade.

L. Jeffrey Roofing renewed the roof of our 1920s detached house completely, including re-tiling a loft extension and a rear extension, which they renewed in Spanish slate (previously concrete tiles). They work to a very high standard and with the best materials, using 'Acme' clay tiles and fixing them according to the latest standards. The result is fantastic. Our neighbours are already complementing us! We have an extra layer of insulation beneath the battens, which will serve us very well. The price was good, and they worked exactly to the quote. Their estimated Kevin is very experienced and quoted first for repairs and then for renewal. We were in no doubt that we should renew the 100-year-old roof and are delighted with the result.The only problem was that it took longer than we expected, so we had scaffolding around our house for six weeks. This was partly because some materials could not be delivered in time. Lee, who runs the company, came three times to check the work and do some finishing touches. Gemma and Chelsea in the office were always very quick to respond to queries and dealt with them efficiently. I recommend the company highly, but you need to build in extra time for the work in case of delays. You also need to make sure that they have checked your fascia boards and included the renewal of these, if necessary. We had to renew most of ours while the works were going on (at an extra cost to us, as this was not in the estimate).

We cannot recommend Lee’s company highly enough. His team has done a brilliant job! They replaced the whole main roof and the roofs on the side and back extensions, put in new lead flashings, and new fascia & gutters all around the house. All done to a very high standard, on time and for a reasonable price. Very professional and flexible, accommodating all our needs. Communication with the office was friendly and efficient. Just had our roof finished. We spent many hours researching roofers and finally settled with Jeffery Roofing. WE are so glad we did.The planning and organisation was seamless with Gemma and Chelsea quick, responsive and efficient. Scaffolding and works started on days planned. They were happy to add extra work part way through to replace a a small roof on our 1930's house. Absolutely delighted with finished product. Would highly recommend

I can highly recommend this company . They were recommended to me and so I want to pass this on . Communication was excellent from the initial contact , quote and date to do the work to sign off . The workmen were considerate and respectful of my home and did an excellent job of tidying up after . My roof was leaking due to worn flashing and it was replaced and repaired in a morning with pictures to show before and after. A great job and I have a dry home .

Brilliant, reliable and trustworthy company. We have a really problematic roof coupled with very annoying velux windows installed badly (by the previous owners and a different company!) which constantly leak. Jeffery roofing were brilliant; they were extremely proactive and came up with solutions and worked hard to fix the issue. This is the second time we have used them and both times they have been great.

Absolutely fantastic. The best building company by far we’ve dealt with. Very clear and articulate quotes with detailed breakdown of info. Job was done to an extremely high standard and they talked us through everything. We couldn’t be happier and are so happy they were recommended to us. I contacted LJeffery Roofing and Building - along with a list of other contactors from the N16 area - for a quote for a New roof. Kevin came out to take a look at the roof and within 2 days I received a detailed evaluation and quote for the work. During the quotation stage I was dealing mostly with Gemma who heads up the office operations and project setup, who is diligently supported by Chelsea. Gemma was an absolute star and held my hand through every step of the process. She was back to me on email the same day or early next day with accurate and concise answers to all my many questions and queries. Chelsea was equally as attentive and responsive and both made me feel like I was in sound and knowledgeable hands. The quotation from LJeffery was very competitive and it detailed exactly what they intended to do and the materials they intended to use, providing a scope for us to develop. Gemma helped me to evolve the initial quotation to better fit the specific project requirements and after liaising with Gemma and Chelsea throughout this process I felt confident to select LJeffery as my preferred contractor and assigned the contract to them.During the setup of the project LJeffery excelled, Gemma was awesome and help me understand the project requirements while offering very helpful advice regarding, preparing the neighbours, permits for skips and parking, advice with dealing with building control, all important timescales and various aspects of the project which may have otherwise been overlooked by me, and that would have inevitably caused delays. Due to a very sensitive and unreasonable neighbour, I had a set timescale and conditions contractually imposed on me for the execution and completion of the work which if breached resulted in late charges and penalties. When this was explained to Gemma she organised and scheduled everything with me to allow contingencies and plausible timeframes for each stage of the work. LJeffery dealt with this limitation like true professionals and managed the situation very closely, meeting all deadlines and completing the project early.Once we moved on to site Lee and Kevin became the contacts for the work and both were amazing. Their team was excellent, all were very polite and attentive to us and the neighbours and the site was left clean and tidy every evening to avoid complaints and issues. From the stripping of the old roof covering to the erecting of the new structure, and on to the laying of the new slates and finishing of the parapets, chimney and gable end brickwork, the quality of work and workmanship was outstanding and Lee and his team kept to their word on every occasion delivering EXACTLY what they committed to. I literally couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lee was very attentive, offering advice for minor tweak's to the work and offering options where needed. He always answered my calls or called me back within the hour and again, made me feel completely at ease and even helped a lot with my neighbours to ensure safe access and while the scaffolding and works proceeded.Lee and Gemma really went above and beyond to make my project a success .
