I don't generally leave reviews but I'm making an exception for Tom@cinehome. Tom was a pleasure to deal with: knowledgable, professional and patient, with excellent communication throughout the process of providing and installing an Anthem AV70 and power amp.I have no hesitation in recommending Tom's services.

Tom at Cinehome was incredibly helpful and supportive when I purchased my new music system. I wanted to purchase a Lyngdorf based system and Tom suggested several speakers and subs that would work well with it. I visited him in Cambridge when we were in the area and he demonstrated several different combinations. He then came to my home, about a three hour drive, and demonstrated the different combinations in my living room. I placed an order and when it was ready he came back again and set it all up for me. Tom was very knowledable, and the level he gave was absolutely superb service, I would recommend Cinehome to anyone

Excellent service. I wasn’t sure about the Lyngdorf as it wasn’t a brand I was familiar with. Tom arranged a home trial with me and I had the amp through in no time. He was available for advice and assistance and responded quickly to emails. Very happy with the service and the quality of the amp which I would not have heard without the home trial.

What can I say?? Perfect service! Was looking for subwoofer. Tony from Cinehome put me in the right direction and change my choice. He suggested to get the SVS SB-1000. I'm happy that I've follow Tom advice. This sub sounds amazing. I'm really happy with this purchase. I can recommend Cinehome 100%

I would like to preface the following article by stating that I usually do not leave reviews. But after my recent experience with Cinehome it would be remiss of me if I didn’t take the time to say how from the first moment I emailed Tom, I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and friendly chap.No matter what enquiries I had, and there were many, he was always willing to be only a phone call away. When I wasn’t sure about how to connect certain equipment together, he either provided me with step-by-step instructions or pointed me toward tailored online videos. As someone who is not so technologically advanced, to my blessing he was extremely patient when I found myself at one point rather confused and frustrated, due to what turned out to be an error on my behalf (loose connection in one of my speakers). In terms of the product itself – Lyngdorf TDAI 1120 - this is my first integrated stereo system, and my first time messing around with a room correction system. Yet to my surprise, once I had finally gotten everything configured Room Perfect was nowhere near as difficult as I fear. In fact, despite having an odd shaped room R.P has turned out to be a wonderful device, helping to bring out the best set-up for my space.Overall, in spite of my initial trepidations, I couldn’t have asked for a better, personalized, experience from Tom. And now I am left with the enjoyment of going back through my extensive vinyl collection whilst my wife gets the pleasure so streaming away. Therefore, I fully endorse Tom and Cinehome, and shall be looking to be a return customer in the future to come.

Tom doesn't just sell you the equipment you need, he gives you the full service so you get the most out of it. I've brought two SVS subs apair of MK tripoles and a matching ceiling speakers .He couldn't do enough helping me to set them all up properly so I would get the best experience out of them .Thank you Tom .Highly appreciated and highly recommended.

What a fantastic experience I have had dealing with Tom. I had decided to upgrade my sound system but I was unsure how best to proceed. I discussed my needs with Tom who made some great suggestions as to what would be a good match for my requirements.I was delighted when Tom offered a risk free home trial. There is no better way to test audio equipment than where it will actually be used. I was supported throughout by Tom, who responded quickly to my queries and provided some great tips and advice. The recommended equipment was perfect and I am over the moon with my purchase.

Just purchased a Arendal sub woofer from Tom at Cinehome. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He organised things extremely well and kept me well informed every step of the way. Will definitely be using him again.
