My parents boiler broke down and after i had used Mark once before for some small works they decided to give him a call. He came around with in a hour of calling to check whether it was repairable. As it wasont gave them a very good price too install a new one and done an excellent job, very tidy. Also extremely helpful and friendly.

10 quotes later & months of researching plumbers & heating engineers in Blackpool my decision was made & it was definitely the right one to make.Mark is very experienced & informative within his work role he has good customer service, will always contact you if he has missed your call & will come to your aid in an emergency.We are a small hotel in Blackpool & have used Mark for some minor plumbing repairs, we then asked him to quote us for a new central heating system, which was a new boiler, hot water tank, pump, rads & change of pipe work where required, the job was not as straight forward as first though but due to Marks expertise he was able to correct what needed to be done & has now provided us with an efficient heating system.He is extremely busy but always finds time to carry out jobs even the small ones which most firms would not bother with as they are pennies than pounds.After seven years of hunting for the right plumber he’s finally been found……Sophie ( Belvedere )

Had an emergency call out today as leak had sprung on toilet and flush needed fixing, gave me a 2 hour windows which he arrived perfectly in, really nice guy fixed everything perfectly and advised me on some parts and what to replace for future, will defo use again if any problems, fantastic service
