We are so pleased with the level of customer service provided by Rob in the store in Bristol. Happy to indulge us in many conversations around designs, to provide options that we could discuss and offer good technical and aesthetic solutions to our project. Never about a hard sell and we always felt comfortable with him. Thanks very much and we highly recommend Rob and the Kutchenhaus products to anyone considering upgrading their kitchen. Rob our designer and the team in Bristol did a fantastic job from start to finish. From our first visit to the showroom, we were at ease with plenty of time to discuss design ideas and layouts. The design software used really helps to give an idea of what the finished kitchen would look like. We also had time on subsequent visits to flex and change the design. Delivery was great and Devina was really supportive post order.Thank you Kutchenhaus, Great Job!

Really great service!! I didn't manage to buy anything in the end as I've now moved to another country. But Elliott was awesome, answered every question I had and provided great designs. Nothing was too much trouble and I could not recommend enough.

We are very happy with the service from Kutchenhaus. From start to finish, they provided an excellent service. Their attention to detail from the initial design to final completion was second to none. The kitchen was part of a wider building project, so we needed to make minor changes along the way. Ellliott and Tiana made sure that we ended up with a kitchen that not only looks stunning, but functionally meets all of our needs. Thank you!!

He took the time to come to our house and make sure what we had chosen was just right!! Both Rob & Elliott communicated constantly throughout the design & installation. Big thanks also to James (the fitter) his can do attitude made everything so much easier and alleviated any stress along the way! It is very clear that the team are very passionate! I have no hesitation in recommending Rob & his team to everyone. Thank you so much - we are in love with the finished result!

I cannot recommend Kutchenhaus Bristol and especially Rob highly enough, I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen! Although it isn't the biggest of kitchens (and being on a budget) Rob still managed to design a stunning modern kitchen within my budget and somehow managed to fit in a dishwasher (which I didn't think I had room for before) and also more cupboards than previously. The room even feels bigger. I looked at the kitchens in B&Q and Wickes but the quality wasnt a patch on the Kutchenhaus kitchens. Everything came pre built and very impressed with the high spec finishing touches. Everything is provided that you require and Rob was there on the end of the phone for endless advice. The customer service was also second to none. A lovely showroom where you are made to feel welcome and like a valued customer. Nothing is too much trouble and I was kept updated at every stage. It is certainly not the biggest and most glamorous Kutchenhaus kitchen you will see, but being a first time buyer, it is well beyond anything I could have imagined and I love it! Thank you Kutchenhaus Bristol and especially Rob!

We wish Rob and his Kutchenhaus Bristol store a well deserved bright and successful future. A new kitchen can be a significant investment and if you want something a little special combining German quality (and it is) with striking bespoke design, your money is well spent here. Rob is very good at what he does and most of all we were able to trust him to deliver exactly what we wanted. You may wait a little longer than for an 'off the shelf' kitchen, but the end result is well worth the wait....Delighted thank you Rob.

We were returning customers having had a smaller KH kitchen fitted in our old flat which we loved. Rob and the Bristol team did again a fantastic job and helped us to explore different options, discussing pros and cons of each until we found the perfect solution. The whole process was enjoyable and as a result we have a dream kitchen. The quality of the units is of very high standards and Rob & his team, with the fitters he recommended made sure that the finish was just perfect. We’re very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone

I visited Kutchenhaus on Saturday 22nd October 2022 and met Rob Cash the owner.After having a very detailed first visit of the show room, both my wife and I were impressed.Friday 4th November, we had a meeting with the designer Elliott. Elliot was so detailed he gave me so much confidence I was sold.The day after on Saturday 5th November we returned to the show room and changed the design to the larger Bora Hob.Wednesday 9th November, I transferred 50% of the total kitchen price to Kutchenhaus. This is how confident I was in that they were going to do a great job and I was not let down at all.Thursday 10th November Elliott sent me all the detail design drawings and images of what the new kitchen would look like. (The final result looks exactly as Elliott had drawn). My wife decided at this point that she wanted draws in the end cabinet. No problem for Elliott, all included. The additional charge was agreed and paid for.Tuesday 15 November Elliott did a site visit to check dimensions and layout – no changes, all good.Monday 9th January 2023 the building work began. It included knocking down an internal load bearing wall and replacing the original dining room window with sliding patio doors.Thursday 12 January, I spoke to Jodi in the Bath office and agreed to stay my chosen date of Monday 27th March for James the kitchen fitter to start. I am pleased to say this date was never changed and everything was co-ordinated to suit.Tuesday 24 January Jodi called to see if I wanted to bring the kitchen install forward. We agreed to leave it as planned.Wednesday 15 March Bridget Hall from Kutchenhaus makes a visit to check all is for the delivery.Wednesday 22 March – Kitchen was delivered expertly by the two delivery drivers. They reported that there were some parts missing from the Bora Hob. I have no idea if they turned up or what as everything was so professionally done.Thursday 23 March - The room was ready 1 x week early and James asked if he could start. He started at 09:00 and worked solid till 19:00 – very impressed.Friday 24 March – James 09:00 to 19:15Saturday 25th March – James 09:00 to 18:00 – finished until worktops in place.Monday 3 April – Templater for worktops Nathan – what a great chap and job – 08:00 to 11:15Thursday 13 April – All as planned – Nathan & Seb carry the tops and put them in place. Seb fits then – beautiful job.08:00 to 10:30am Seb drilled a hole for me in the cabinet near the hob before he put the worktop in place – no trouble at all.Friday 14 April – James returns to install the hob and fits the tap 08:50 to 12:00I have stated the days and the times so it can be seen how efficient Kuthchenhaus is and what a credit to all the staff for doing such a great job. I wouldn’t bother looking at anyone else should I ever need a new Kitchen. Thank you so much to Rob Cash and his team.
