Rose Car Park

Not the easiest car park when you’re travelling with little children and both lifts are out of service.

Not bad but too tight even for smaller SUVs. It is convenient if you have to go to Arena next to it but I would prefer the other car parks that are easier to maneuver.

This car park is an utter disgrace note that’s minus -1 star. A reviewer casually said“…Good Car Park in Kingston, a little dingy and smells of urine, but what car park in the UK dosen’t… lifts haven’t worked…,” sadly it is this kind of British or is it English attitude of settling for trashy service that leaves the uk where it currently is- ridiculed globally!Tickets are issued for stupid reasons whilst the service provided is inadequate and inept , the male toilets are a public hygiene concern and I will be reporting them to the environmental health department and the Heath and safety executive . This car park generates over 2.5 million pounds a year in charges and fines. Where is that money going -time for a FOIAR , freedom of information act request . Let’s hold this useless place to account. Most recently the car park unfairly blocked my vehicle from parking without any warning.

Can;t give 0 or negative starsWorst Car Park in the country, Ramps and parking spaces are so narrow.Lift is out of service for months and they have the courage to increase price of parking from £7.20 to £14.40 beyond 4 hours parking ( 100% inflation?). How come lifts have not been repaired for ages and there are not adequate spaces in this car park but still the prices are so high.

I always park here when in Kingston. Comfortable, near to everything. For my small car it's good, for large cars it can be tight.

Avoid if possible. Really narrow ramp and space. Traffics for up and down share the same path hence can have massive blockage easily. Has beam sticking out at the rear of the parking space.

Space sizes are sensible, well lit, but it's expensive, though all Kingston car parks are, compared to other towns.

Very narrow ramps, all floors completely full on a week day lunchtime except one space on the 9th floor with a beam sticking out that meant my outlander couldn't fit. Easily the worst car park I've ever been in. Complete waste of time. AVOID

Close to town, tight spaces and gets busy as expected. Staircases smell like public toilet please do something about that if possible

Very busy car park but lift is broken. Spaces are super narrow and the first few floor are full. You probably need to drive up 5 floors before you could get one in a normal Thursday afternoonPrice is not reasonable
