When I have a PT session with Jordan he constantly pushes me and helps motivate me to keep going. Workouts are always tiring but well worth it and always leave feeling like I’ve had a really good training session. Would highly recommend Jordan for his knowledge of fitness and food nutrition and his desire to get the best out of people he trains.

Started training with Jordan in September 2021 with goals of achieving better confidence within myself. Always struggled with my body image and wanted to fix that.Since September I have increased my strength and have clear muscle growth. Jordan also addressed my poor posture that had resulted in me having severe back pain, this in itself has made a massive impact on my daily life.I’ve enjoy working with Jordan and intend to keep working with him for the foreseeable future due to the progression I have made in the last 8 months.I would 100% recommend Jordan, his only fault is that he’s a Leeds fan….

I have been having PT with Jordan for 3 months. In the 3 months I have lost 15lb and have been able to exercise without being in pain which is a massive bonus for me. I have decided to carry on with the PT because I’ve got 8lb to go to my target but mostly I love the feeling of satisfaction you get after the training with Jordan. He is very understanding, positive and keeps you on track. The most important bit he has taught me is.. for my age 57, I need to weight lift to lose weight and eat less calories not spend hours doing cardio.. if you were like me and struggled to lose weight during your menopause get signed up for PT with Jordan. He knows what he is doing at it works!!

I've been training with Jordan since January 2023. I'm in my late 30's with a busy desk job and two young children and I previously struggled to find the time or motivation to exercise. I looked at personal training because I needed someone to hold me accountable, with the knowledge to help me get the most out of my short workout time. I expected to do an intensive 12 weeks and then revert to a commercial gym to train alone, but from the beginning Jordan’s sessions were so effective and enjoyable, I haven’t thought of stopping. Within a couple of weeks of starting, my shoulder and hip mobility had noticeably improved and 12 months later I’m now as strong as I’ve ever been, and I don’t get the same aches and pains I used to have from sitting for long periods. I would recommend Jordan to anyone considering personal training, his knowledge and enthusiasm allow him to get results from everyone that he trains.

I trained with Jordan starting beginning of 2020. He is great fun, always pushed me that little bit more, he kept the workouts interesting and tailored to my abilities being in my mid 50's.I noticed a significant improvement in all round fitness and strength.I would definitely recommend Jordan at whatever level of fitness.

I was quite nervous about starting with a PT as my fitness levels are so low, but from the first consultation I had with Jordan I felt very relaxed about starting. Jordan makes the exercises manageable but challenging and always makes sure my technique is improving. I can definitely feel an improvement and that my strength is increasing week on week.

JordanJordan has fundamentally changed the way I looked at the fitness industry and working out.His knowledge and understanding on how to attain my goals and understanding how to get there have exponentially changed the way I work out at both the fitness studio, at home and in the gym.Jordan listens to my needs and quickly comes up with plans to get me there. He ensures I am training safely and using correct form.I have been training with Jordan since June 2021 and during that time he has built my strength up with a variety of exercises and fitness programmes. Whether it was getting 10k Fit for a race, or working towards increasing my strength.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jordan to anyone interested in fitness, novices and fitness fanatics alike.

I started training with Jordan back in March this year with the goal of becoming generally fitter and healthier. After numerous lockdowns and having Covid I was determined to make some positive changes to improve my fitness. Despite doing two to three spinning classes at the gym a week, I wasn’t really feeling or seeing changes anymore and this is what lead me to enquire with Jordan. After months of dwelling on the idea of personal training, I had a consultation and after seeing Jordan’s expertise and passion for his work I took the plunge!Five months in, I am now without a doubt the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been. Jordan’s guidance has given me the confidence to lift heavy weights that I would have never dreamed of touching going it alone in the gym. Weight loss wasn’t a huge focus of mine but a few tweaks to my diet suggested by Jordan have also meant I’ve lost over 10lbs in the last few months. Overall, I find that training improves my energy levels and I feel less stressed and more motivated from day to day.I would urge anyone thinking about personal training to get in touch with Jordan. It is without a doubt the most worthwhile investment I have made, as he has changed my entire outlook on exercise and nutrition for the better.

Jordan is a great motivator and very knowledgable. The training plans he put together are unique and I personally found the results far better than trainers I had used previous. Couldn’t recommend enough!
